Terms and Conditions for the Earned Wages Access (EWA) Service provided by MYISCO

1.Introduction: These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the EWA Service ("Service") provided by MYISCO ("Provider"). By registering for the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2.Eligibility: The Service is available only to employees of companies ("Clients") who have entered into a service agreement with MYISCO. Eligibility is subject to verification by MYISCO and the Client's HRMS system. Use of the Service may be limited or denied at the discretion of MYISCO or the Client's HRMS system.

3.Request Limitations: You may request an amount not exceeding 50% of your basic salary and not more than RM3,500. MYISCO and the Client reserve the right to modify these limitations at any time.

4.Service Fee: A service fee of 2% of the requested amount or RM10, whichever is lower, will be applicable for the usage of this Service. This fee is meant to cover the administrative costs of providing the Service, and is not a profit for MYISCO.

5.Disbursement: If approved, the requested amount will be disbursed to your MYISCO Virtual Account or nominated bank account as per registered in your MYISCO account. The timing of this credit may vary based on banking practices.

6.Salary Deduction: The total amount disbursed to you through the Service will be deducted from your salary on your next payday, and may not be deferred or postponed.

7.Authorization: By using this Service, you authorize MYISCO and the Client to validate your employment status, verify your income information, and execute necessary actions such as salary deductions and fund disbursement in line with the provided information.

8.Data Sharing: By using this Service, you also authorize MYISCO to share the data collected with third-party authorized partners strictly for the purpose of providing the EWA services. All data sharing will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

9.Privacy: MYISCO respects your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. By using this Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

10.Limitation of Liability: MYISCO shall not be liable for any losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, related to your use of the Service, except as explicitly stated in this Agreement.

11.Termination: MYISCO reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of this Agreement.

12.Shariah Compliance: This Agreement and the Service are designed to be compliant with Shariah principles, as interpreted by MYISCO's Shariah board or advisor.

13.Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes relating to this Agreement shall be settled by the courts of Malaysia.
